Demand for Live Music Now Scotland’s work always exceeds our ability to meet it, the simple reason for this being our limited resources. Most of the venues where our work takes place cannot cover the full costs so we are reliant on enlightened individuals and other funding partners to enable us to deliver our activity.

I believe passionately in the transformative power of live music, and no charity better exemplifies that power than Live Music Now Scotland. I am delighted to support their important work and help them to deliver amazing live music to people who otherwise would have none.Gavin McEwan

You can help us make a difference in transforming people’s lives through music by making a donation. Every amount counts, but specific examples of what your donation can achieve are:

  •  £350 will pay for a concert by two musicians in a care home
  •  £600 will pay for an ensemble delivering a workshop in a special school
  •  £2,000 will pay for a series of concerts across a range of venues, which can be tailored to any preferences you may have for audiences and/or localities
  •  £5,000 will pay for an international exchange programme or a specially commissioned piece of new music for children with additional support needs

Your donation will be acknowledged by Live Music Now Scotland or kept anonymous, as you prefer.

I see live music as something that deserves support because it is an experience that can be shared and gives joy to many.Bryce Morrison

I am happy – indeed, proud – to be identified as an LMNS supporter. Here is why…It is vital to promote young professional musicians at the cusp of their career, giving them much needed performance experience, at the same time bringing live music to people who would otherwise be deprived of it – a wonderful twin objective I am happy to supportUlrike Wilson

Live Music Now Scotland is grateful for the generous support received from all our Funders & Supporters.

Making a Difference...

How LMNS is providing music and opportunities for people across Scotland.

A collaboration between Live Music Now Scotland and PRISMA resulted in a Mexico residency for LMNS traditional fiddler Roo Geddes.

I really wanted the piece to be interactive. I wanted the audience and the performers to enjoy it, and to give them something to take away.

This summer Live Music Now Scotland was delighted to announce the next stage in an ongoing collaboration with Skye Chamber Music: a residency for LMNS musician Sophie Rocks.

In support of #ClassicalCOP26 we feature our range of sustainable focused projects.

We'd Love to Hear from You!

We are always happy to discuss new projects, opportunities or ways that we can help make music happen in your venue or community.
