Frances Copp & Sinae Sung

Mezzo-soprano Frances and pianist Sinae met whilst studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, initially bonding over a shared love for Lieder, Art Song and Fairy Tales. Having made their homes in Scotland, four years on they continue to grow their duo partnership and musical interests.

Sinae is currently busy completing her Doctorate in Performance (Piano) at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and has been fortunate to work with Live Music Now for the past year. She actively encourages audience participation, and loves to include a Disney tune or two for a sing-a-long with her current work with Live Music Now.

Frances is delighted to be able to join Sinae with Live Music Now Scotland this year, and, with background working as a children's doctor, is equally keen for a Disney Sing-a-long! She hopes to be able to utilise skills from her medical career to enable and enrich others’ experience of music.

With wide ranging repertoire, a shared passion for inclusivity within the Arts, and belief in the necessity of music for every member of our community, they are passionate about bringing the joy of music and voices of lesser known composers and poets to a wider audience.
